When I was young, I never stopped asking my Mom if I could make pancakes from the Fannie Farmer Cookbook. To this day, I am sure that page still has some residual baking leftovers on it from those mornings. I’ve always been fascinated with baking, bread making and anything that was time consuming and meticulous that involved food. Nearly 10 years ago, I adopted a plant based diet. I have been finding ways to make cozy favorites ever since!
My Husband Brad admittedly has a sweet tooth. He loves sweet treats of all kinds! While baking different things for him, he’d consistently tell me how much he loved my sweets. I always laughed it off, I knew they were good but never thought about making it a business. However, when he started passing sweets to others and they too loved them as much as he did; I knew I had to share my love for baking with everyone!
If you’re in my home, I’m usually baking. If I’m baking it’s likely I making something I’m excited to share! I’m notorious for going up to friends and family and saying “Will you eat this, please?” and feeding them a bite of whatever I’m making at that moment! So now it’s time for me to share the hospitality and sweet treats with you! First I just need to ask, “Will you eat this, please?”
